Slickrock is the world's most famous mountain bike trail and is responsible for putting Moab on the map as the mountain mecca. The trail provides a one-of-a-kind unique riding experience along a series of petrified sand dunes. Slickrock is an eleven-mile-long roller coaster ride consisting of steep ascents, descents, and off-camber slopes. It will test your bike handling skills as well as your fitness. The ride consists of 95% rock with a few sandy sections. You will encounter beautiful vistas along the way with stunning views of the La Sal Mountain range, Arches National Park, and the Colorado River.
